All owners are required to be familiar with the Association’s governing documents to comprehend their respective responsibilities within the Association and as Condominium Owners.

Important Information for Harbour Villas Owners: 
- Unit owners have the option to engage Davis Pest Control for pest control services within the interior of their units  For more information, please visit:  www.davisextinc.com  or for the required annual termite treatments of owner-installed wood-structured decks. contact Arrow Pest Control  https://arrowps.com
-Electricity service is through Florida Power and Light.  New Owners may set up or transfer electrical service by visiting  www.fpl.com/northwest/home.html
- The Bay Point Community Association (BPCA) to acquire RFID security gate passes please visit for more information www.​baypointflorida.org 
- Starting November 7, 2025 any remaining keys that have not been picked up for your Cluster Mailbox, will need to be picked up at the USPS Post Office located at: 1336 Sherman Ave. Panama City, FL 32401.
Before visiting the Post Office, gather all necessary information and documentation. You will need two forms of valid identification: one photo ID and one non-photo ID. Acceptable primary photo identification includes a valid driver’s license, state ID card, passport, military ID, or a U.S. government-issued ID.
For secondary identification, which verifies your address, acceptable documents include a current lease agreement, mortgage or deed of trust, voter registration card, or a home or vehicle insurance policy. A utility bill (such as electrical, gas, water), will also be acceptable. Social Security cards, credit cards, and birth certificates are not accepted as identification.-

- Annual outgoing plumbing jetting maintenance services or drains remediation.  May contact

- Annual HVAC and Water Heater  maintenance should be completed
 by https://whiteheadservices.com/  or by their Owners preferred Florida licensed plumbing and HVAC contractors.   NOTE: Water Heaters at or over 10 years old should be replaced immediately

- Twice Weekly Garbage Disposal (Monday and Thursday) 
- Flood and Casualty Insurance for Buildings Exteriors
​- Exterior Barrier Pest Control 
- WOW Wireless Internet @  600 Mbs 
- Exterior Lighting (except lighting on decks and patios) 

- Utilities:  Water service 
- Website, Management and Accounting in accordance with Florida Statutes 718

Owners need to manage Wi-Fi internet or add on services, please follow these instructions here.
​Owners or tenants must activate and manage their own individual accounts 
WOW ​​200 MBs  Wi-Fi Internet is included with Harbour Villas quarterly dues

 Owners or inhabitants may email  [email protected]​  for scheduling activation , managing add-on services or for assistance.
​Wi-Fi setup instructions are available for download in the dropbox document folders on the "important information" page of this site. 

If you are setting up new service  or requiring service be sure to provide the following in your email to WOW:
​- Name
- Mailing address
- Harbour Villas Unit #
- Phone number
- Email address
If owner/landlords have a tenant in your unit, the tenant can activate the account in their name the same way, so that they are able to request additional services if desired and they will be responsible for the equipment

NOTE: Your service may be deactivated if you have not provided WOW with the information as required

On site Owner's storage closets are available for lease for $840.00 annually.  
​Closets dimensions are approximately 6'x 9'
